What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer shipping through the Express Mail Service(EMS).
You will get the tracking number by email.
Can I get some discounts if I order 2 or more games?
We cannot offer it because of the shipping costs are calculated by weight.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We ship nearly every order within three business days of the order being placed. In the unlikely event that we aren't able to ship your order within one to two business days we will contact you to let you know about the delay.
How long will it take to get my order?
It will be shipped out from South Korea. It takes between 3days - 21days excluding customs clearance in destination.
What do I do if a package is lost?
If your package is taking longer than normal to reach you, please contact us and we will make it right. We recommend that you insure the shipping address. You will not be reimbursed for a lost item due to address error.
Are import taxes and customs fees included in the international shipping cost?
No, you will need to check with your local authorities to determine what those charges might be.

The following applies to all returns:
- The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unopened.

- You are responsible for round-trip shipping costs. The returning shipping costs would be much higher than we provided at first. If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, we will reimburse return shipping costs after the item has been received.
